Hellow all, well i finally got my carbs cleaned out , they were very clean inside replaced all gaskets needle and seats and set the float height just slightly off level like everybody says, and torqued bowl screws down to factory specs no problems , put carbs back on motor did link and sync a check timing with my new omc timing tool ,and pumped up the primer bulb to see if any leaks all looked good, so i proceded to clean up the shop and put all the tools away when i started to smell gas i thought it was my gas can leaking vapors since i brought a can from the outside in the warm shop but it wasnt , it was the lower starbord carb leaking fuel out of the main nozzle ever so slight you could barley see it leaking, i put a shop towel in the carb bore and soaked up the gas well it stopped, i thought it was a fluke so i went inside for the evening came back out for the day all ooled good a slight pump on the bulb to ck it again well after a hour i started to leak out of the nozzle again than it stopped does any body have a answer to this issue the carb kit was a omc kit.
