Gas leaking when evinrude is off

Hello,<br />I have a 1989 evinrude 150,(e150txcem), when I shut down the engine, and close the fuel supply valve I see leakage out of the carbs for a long time. The engine seems to be running fine. Is there a needle and seat that holds fuel in the float bowl like in a four stroke? Also the priming bulb goes dead after sitting approx. 20 minutes. Is it time for carb overhauls, and if so do the kits come with new floats?<br />Thanks,<br />Kevin

Yep, there's needles and seats in there. Could just need a thorough carb cleaning. The carb kits I've purchased in the past come with new needles, but not floats. Unless yours have holes they should be reuseable.
