Gas pouring out of Carb on Mariner 40

This is a 96' Mariner 40hp 2 stroke oil injected 4 cylinder engine and gas is pouring out of the mouth of the lower carberator. Is there anything that commonly causes this on these engines? Stuck float or needle and seat?

Any thoughts?

sounds right to me check both rebuild should fix it
