I used to use OMC sealant until it got too expensive then I switched to Perfect Seal. I see now that Perfect Seal is not available. Can you tell me the replacement?
Thanks.

I've used both, they are not exactly the same but close enough.

Most grateful for your input. Tried Napa but they can't get it or the Loctite product which is supposed to be similar.
I'll find some.
Thanks again.

Permatex Aviation is usually easy to find. I just bought the big size of the Evinrude Gasket Sealer from Amazon, it will probably last me at least 5 years.

Be careful with gasket sealer on outboards.-----I have seen a EWE TOOBER smear lots on gaskets.-----I am sure he did not realize he was possibly blocking oil recirc channels !!

good point. it works great on bolt threads to prevent seizing in salt water use. I use it on thermostat bolts and gaskets, etc.
