ok....<br /><br />thx steve huminski for pointing me to roger at michigan motorz. a six hour round trip to detroit was worth it for the excellent price on a new longblock. Good people there.<br /><br />next question...where is a good location (web ordering is fine) that I can get replacements for all of the ancillary gaskets on the 3.0l. Stuff like the fuel pump gasket, riser gasket, manifold end cap gaskets, themostat housing, etc. I have the manifold to head gasket. Also for the water hoses...and the belt.<br /><br />Also, I am hunting for a source for a carb rebuild kit.<br /><br />Thanks in advance....I am not actually being lazy, I found a zillion places on the web for some of this, but I place alot of stock in other people having good experiences with vendors, and think that the good ones should be rewarded by referral business.
