I am honestly not trying to stir anything up here, and I'm sure you all know how I feel about this, so I'll be brief.

We all have sin in our lives that we battle privately. I am sure there are preachers and priests out there who hide everything from alcoholism to child porn on their computers. We are all human, no matter how righteous. It is not our job to judge and condem our fellow man for his sin, but just as Paul warned the church at Corinth, the church must set higher standards for the behavior of it's members and leaders and never condone such apostasy as this by promoting this man. In my eyes, promote the man and promote his sin since he is "openly" gay. How can he be trusted to teach the Word, when he openly flaunts his behavior that is an abononation to God? Am I missing something here?
