Gear lube slowly dripping from pitot intake on Bravo One outdrive

Title says it all.

Definitely a very slow drip from the pitot-speedo (tiny) hole on front of outdrive.

Don't know how worried I am supposed to be.

Pull the drive, drain the gear lube, and do a pressure check with ~15 psi of air. Use a spray bottle with soapy water to find the leak.
Oil getting out IF you have a reservoir is one thing, and all you do is refill the reservoir. Water getting in the drive is completely different.
