Not sure if this oil is milky or just gently used. Guy I bought the boat from did not use it much and had it serviced yearly, I know him so I know it was done. The catch pan I used had a little 5w20 in it from my last truck oil change not sure if that caused the streaks or not. 327DE44B-58F0-4305-B294-3D6551604991.jpeg8723A5CC-D7AB-4879-BE3B-55481A0F8A3B.jpeg

Years ago I use some lubermatic marine gear oil and it came out something like that. I put in a jar and took it to a Evinrude dealer and showed it to a mechanic and we both determined it wasn't water. Never used that oil again and never saw it like that again.

You might be ok but I would do a pressure or vacuum test. Lots of videos on that.

Do you have a magnet drain plug?

Yeah I have a magnet on the drain plug. It had a normal amount of stuff on it. Oil feels normal no metal in it.

Depending on use on the engine I wouldn't be to worried at this point that's not much water and the oil has absorbed any and still doing oil things. Lower unit oil is designed to absorb some amount of water and still protect parts. If it were me I would just change it more often till it gets worse. As little oil as that is you could probably get almost three changes out of a quart of oil.

you can buy a lot of oil for the costs of a shop job to reaseal the GC .
that is if you don't do it yourself

as it is. a midseason change after letting the water settle down near the bottom you can just top it off after draining the few drops of water. Or just refill 100%
buy quality oil which is more tolerant to water.

if running salt water well... that is up to you to reseal. Keep that mono line away from the prop.!!

There is a reason the factory says to do regular oil changes (minor water intrusion & wear particles). Change it and don't worry about it.
