The VEC construction is very flexible, walk through windshield on my 2004 sei 210 falls through when boat flexes, but I have had issues with with this flexing causing gel coat damage where structural stringer/battens are not landed properly and now again extensive gel damage. Waiting to see what local fiberglass specialist has to say. This boat with a 5.7 volvo is very fast to plane and has a nice top speed. Anyone else have gel issues with the VEC hull?
