I have reently repaired some scratches and gauges in the gelcoat on my boat. Upon going to store to get wet/dry sandpaper to make smooth i noticed a couple of things. One is What the heck happened to the local home improvememt stores? They dont sell anything over 220 grit and no wet/dry paper. Also was hard to find sheets of paper instead of precut for power tools. Lowes nor Home depot had anything. Tried west marine and all they had was 1000 and 1500 in wet/dry. So heres my question, I am looking for 200, 300, and 600 grit wet/dry paper, Does anyone know who would sell this?
