If I remove the snap ring will everything else fall out? Is there any easy way to remove the snap ring with out buying one of the special tools? And install?

That is your bearing buddy - don't take off the snap ring unless you want a spring to the face. The whole silver cylinder gets knocked out of the hub

How do you remove the silver cylinder? Unscrew with some pipe pliers?

I saw a video. You got to sort of knock it with a hammer and it falls off. I'll update if I have any problems.

Use a rubber mallet to knock it off or it will dent the crap out of it. Don't hit it on one side; move around the cylinder when hitting it. Some of those are hard to get off so don't get discouraged.

For the first timer I would use a rubber mallet to create a small separation crack where buddy touches the hub and use a stiff putty knife or 5-n1 painter's tool to pry it loose. This is the method I use for dust caps and it works well. A dose of Liquid wrench or the like will help loosen any crud at the connection point.
