Gimbal Bearing Grease

Quick question...I know any grease is better than no grease but is OMC Triple Guard OK for a gimbal bearing? Marine parts place where I get Volvo parts says that's what they use.

Ayuh,.... It'll work.... Just like axle grease,... No Problem....

Good quality grease will do the job....there are several.
