gimble housing replacement

i am replacing my gimble housing due to it broke

is there any gaskets/seals that go between the gimble housing and the transom or on the inside of the boat

and is there anything else that should be replaced while im in there

engine is a mercursier 4.3l alpha 1 gen 1

i will be replacing the gimble bearing, water pump impeller, anodes, and bellows

Ayuh,.... Ya, there's a Big ole O-ring that fits sorta into the housing, 'n compresses against the hull...
On the Outside of the hull....

Nothin' on the inside, 'cause it's sealed against the outside...

As for replacin' Stuff,...
Keep yer eyes open when pullin' the motor, 'n Look for wear or damage as ya go...

If you're going to all that trouble, throw in a new shift cable...

Be sure to check the water inlet. You may want to change your trim limit senders, as the wiring can be a big pain to change. Then again, unless you have a trim gauge and use it, it does not really matter.
