I almost didn't test it.
Never remember any water getting in, and everything seemed tight. I filled the boat to just above the old floor line and found a couple of small leaks in rivets in the bow, on the center line, just as it starts to curve up. A hammer and a back-up sledge, made quick work of it. On retest, found only one very slow drip. About one drip per minute. Could not locate specific rivet and repeated rivet tightening failed to improve it. Looks like there was an issue here from the factory. There appears to be some type epoxy in this area. ie, we have owned boat since new, and this is first floor replacement. I plan to just recoat the area with new epoxy. Area is only about 4"x10".

The water in the boat, also keyed me in to clean the drain spots under each rib. On this boat, there are cross ribs about every 9-10", made of aluminum, in a half round shape. Located on the boat center, the lip is just slightly raised to let water under. Many of mine were pluged with sand and pine needles. A hack saw blade, made quick work of clearing them. Repeated flushing and wet vac to get all the sand/etc removed.
