glastron carlson engine hatch issue

I just purchased a 99 Carlson csx-21 and my hatch is disconnected. I don't know how the hinge works. Does anyone have any pictures of how theirs is set up? I think the sun deck was re done and it doesn't look like there's anything to hinge too. If anyone has any pictures of what theirs looks like, could you post them. I'll take pictures when we get back in town later this evening.
