Hello All,
I realize this carpet with it's thick rubber backing & swirls is designed for snap-on application. In my 85 Sylvan, I'm considering using this in the bow area to smooth out the indents of the wood type pattern that is same on old StarCraft's. I'm considering sides of the boat only, I'm not intending on gluing it to the floor.I have regular marine carpet for that.
Any experience in gluing out there and glue compatibility to this type of backing.
I have both Contact Cement and Henry's 263. Any advice?
