Re: Gluvit question

I just leakproofed my old leaking 14' aluminum with gluvit. What i did was clean the seams completely with a drill and wire wheel, hit it with a vinagar water mixture, then i painted the seams completely on the inside using more than i needed. After that dried (took 2 days) i then flipped it over and used whatever was left on the outside seams. Hit it with krylon paint. Stuff takes awhile to dry, but when it does, it's great. I had every seam on this boat leaking.. Now no water at all. Make sure it's not going to rain, as it soaks up water, turns milky color, and takes forever to dry. This is the product to use.
