GM 120 engine block change

I'm thinking of buying a 1965 Larson stored in a garage for 15 years just for the engine which looks like it is the same block as my well worn '72 120. Can anybody tell with certainty if the blocks changed any durring this time period?
Or will it bolt right up? The Larson is bolted to an OMC, mine is a Merc outdrive. I see the intake and exhaust manifolds are different. Thanks in advance, any input is appreciated.
