In the beginning of winter I set a goal to get down to a weight of 170 by the beginning of the "10" boat season, well all week I have been 167-168 so now I have reset the goal to 164-165 just so I don't exceed the 170 mark :D.That is one way to make the boat go faster:D:D

Re: Goal hit

nice!!!! Im at 165 at 5'7" or 8", I really stopped eating those darn good burritos at work so often! LOL :)
When we were working 70-80 hr weeks from Oct-Jan, it was go "run and grab a bite" as we were so busy. Now if i get one, I'll eat half, and give the other half to son after work :)

Bringing lunch to work is better as well and only fast food maybe once a week :)

Re: Goal hit

I carried a weight of 165 to 170 for the past 20 years. Now that I have quit a bunch of bad habits, I'm up to 190. Hopefully with the warm weather around now, I'll get it back down in no time.
