As the title suggests, I'm curious what to expect going from a Starcraft SVX 191 OB with a Yamaha 150 to a Starcraft SVX 231 OB. The 191 is what I have now and it 's a 19ft deck boat that came with a Yamaha 150. The 231 is the 23ft version that can come with a Yamaha 250SHO or 300SHO. Obviously the 23 ft version is bigger and with that comes more room and some extra features but I guess what I'm really asking is what it's like going from a 150 to a 300 on a close/similar type boat? I'm probably going to upgrade from my 191 to the 231 in the next year or so. And I'm excited to do it but this 191 is the only boat I've ever had so I'm curious to others opinions who have experience with both. Is it a noticeable/solid power upgrade?
