good buy?

Ok found a 23' 1979 Mako Center ....no T top, dual axle trailer, and, 2004 150 Johnson. 4000 Is it a good buy?

If the boat is clean and solid and the motor has been maintained...yes.

I would think just the motor and trailer would easily be worth the $4k.
