Good deal? Alumacraft 175 CS Yami 115

Just commited to buying an Alumacraft 175 CS with a Yami 115 4 stroke. Boat is 2003, motor is 2004 with all waranties transferring... 65 # troll x125 fish finder, cd player, shorelander 3100# trailer with swing tongue, brakes. Very nice condition with a little dock rash. 13k. I think it's a great deal. Any one have prob's with these rigs?
