Good Deal?

I have the opportunity to purchase a 91' 20 foot Sun Bird CC with a 120 Evinrude (91' as well). I've heard both good and bad in terms of build quality, but would this be a good "starter boat"? They are asking $3400 and to me, it seems a bit high. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I have a '91 Sunbird 17' CC with an 90 hp Evinrude. My dad bought it new in 91 and I got it from him 2 years ago. It is a good boat with medium build quality. It rides very good in rough chop (1'-2') and tops out at 38 mph. Like any other boat, it depends on how well it was maintained.
