First off, Thanks for all replys, I and his family appreciate them.
Well Thurs. p.m. I come home(heard bout it 2 hrs before at work, shudda heard me yell), and am just sittin and havin a beer thinkin bout Art, I get this weird feeling to call his cell,(like he's gonna answer - doh) I do and someone answers - WEIRD.............his son Art(my age 37). I was in shock and almost couldn't speak, sounded like a real moron. Well we get to talkin and I tell him all bout his Dad, what a funny guy he was on road, how much he loved his family, the stories we would tell, where I worked with him at, etc. Him and his family where just all sitting talking bout Art with his cell phone on table(they were still in MT. bringing him home). So I also told him bout the pic I got of his Dad(last pic of him) and ask if he'd like me to email it to him, he says yes and wanted to know ALL the sites we'd been at, all pics, etc. WOW! So I get busy putting together email with pics, a letter telling them all when the first, most memorable and the last time I saw their Dad and what he told me about all 3 of his sons, wife and grandkids. Took me 3-4 hours, boy did I get, misty, stinking drunk(at home)and yelled all sorts of things at Art for dying too soon(I was mad at early loss NOT him). Sure got my grieving out of my system
. Took next day off work, had a comp. day coming(Ouch my head!). Also before, I sent an email with his pic to folks who worked with him. The email and pics I sent to his family was private, and said for them to choose who it would go to. They want me to go to funeral next week, don't know if I can make it, me and some guys are maybe gonna have a kinda wake thing for him here too. Just wanted a positive note on all this to share, Heinz
