Re: goodyear sea bee

Your motor is a 47.Built by the Gale devision of OMC.Unfortunately it doesnt share parts with the OMC line.Fuel mix is 1/2 pint per gallon of TCW3 rated oil.Plug is J7J(J7C).
The J6J(J6C) is slightly cooler I dont think you would notice much difference unless you troll alot. Then you might want to try the J7C.
A manual will be hard to find You could try
www.kencook.com they do reprint manuals but I don't know about your motor. You could watch eBay for after market manuals for older motors. They usually cover many brands in one book and they do a fair job.
As far as the Sea King I'm guessing it is based On an air cooled Clinton They are out of business
and it wasn't the best motor in the first place.
The Goodyear is an ok motor but Gale is long gone and the scarcity
of parts my make it difficult to operate as a daily motor. It may share ignition parts with the TD20 and HD25 Johnson motors of approximately the same years.
