It's a WW2 Mauser carbine redone in 308 and a beast, brother just sent Simmons 4x32 pistol scope he had on it, he said he never got it right - distance for eye relief, not sure why he had a pistol scope on it, it's fairly large, I'll mess with it to see how it works, or put it on my Mini 14, 10/22, Mosin Nagants???? I'd hate to get rid of it, it is a nice scope. Any comments would be great, Thanks!!

Google this "mauser rifle scout mount" if you want to use a Long Eye Relief scope on a rifle. It will allow you to keep both eyes open for faster sighting and prevents the dreaded scope eye. Might require some gunsmithing to drill and tap for the new mounts.
