Gotta sell the boat....

I've only had my boat for about 6 months and now I have to sell it. Uncle Sam is sending me from Norfolk, Va to Lemoore, Ca and due to the logistics of my move I cannot take it with me. I've learned a lot from this forum and thank everyone that has helped me out. This was the first boat I have owned, I am not a mechanic by any means, and with the info I found on this site I took a non running 18' Sea Ray Bowrider into a smooth running vessel that my family and I have enjoyed. Thanks.

Bet a couple of ensigns that they can't get her through the Panama Canal, and see if she meets you in CA in a few months.

Sorry about the boat Chief. Hope you sell her quick. Thank God and the DOD they're moving you to CA and not to IQ.

Thanks for everything you and your fellow sailors do for America.

No way to place it in storage and fly out to get it later? Sales in the winter are tough to get even close to the same amount you could when the weather is nice and warm.

How long will you be out there? Anybody have some space in their 'back 40' that you can park it at after winterizing and shrink wrapping it?? Good luck to you.
