GPS-Fishfiner depth mapping

I got some helpful comments before, so I thought I'd ask if another feature is available. I'd like to know if there is any kind of GPS-Fishfinder combo or any other kind of device that will store depths with GPS location, and as you cover more and more area it creates it's own depth map.

You can see things on a depth map that you might not just by running over it with a fishfinder, and some of the places I fish I can't find any maps for, paper or GPS. I thought if something like this existed it would allow me to see these places in a whole new way and hopefully let me pick out some new areas to fish.

Mine only stores depth with waypoints. I really haven't seen one that will store depth with tracks.

I am not aware of any consumer gps/fishfinder that will do this. Some web searching will probably find some laptop software that could interface to gps and ff to do that. The cost is probably high and the time to do a decent grid of a body of water, would take away allot of fishing time.
