Grady white tarpon what prop ?

Where would you suggest i start, have an old '81 grady, good ole boat, it's a tarpon 19 footer came with 200 merc. Outboard. I want to use one of my xr4's that has a 2.5 big case lower(1.87),took the motor off of a bassboat i sold, i've only ever run it on a bassboat and my hydrostream varmint with 23-27p props, this GW weighs about 1900 lbs. just want good holeshot and cruise at 5400-5800, top end isnt important, want a nice fishin boat for 2-3 foot chop, prefer a 4 blade
