grease leak around pilot shaft and swivel bracket

I noticed a considerable amount of grease between the neck of the pilot shaft (79) and swivel bracket (61). There is a lube point below and I'm thinking the previous owner put too much grease in.

Could this be a bad thrust washer seal (77)?
Seems like a pain to replace.
Any ideas?

Very common and normal. As one puts in grease the old stuff has to go somewhere. Just wipe the area clean with some paper towels. Good thing is at least someone has been greasing it. I've seen quite a few where they didn't and reairs for a frozen swivel bracket aren't cheap.
