Grease Leak

Noticed this dark grease coming out from around my prop when cleaning up my boat. My cousin touched it and said he thought it had some water with it. Any idea what the problem is? It is pretty visible in the picture attached.

We are talking 2 stroke outboard engine prop? Cant tell what it is from the picture.

Partly burnt oil from the fuel

Thanks for the response and the link. Sounds like that is the answer. Just wanted to know if it was something major or not.
