Green Bay, WI.... Longtail Point....anyone been there?

Hi, has anyone been out to Longtail Point yet just outside Green Bay? I hear that's the place to be Is it easier to navigate from Green Bay via the Fox River or launch at one of the Suamico launches? If Suamico, which launch? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
