Green fishing light anyone use them???

I have heard about green under water fishing lights anyone here use them Do they help catch fish I heard the work great on catfish and crappie. I am thinking about buying one. Post some stories and how and where it is best to use them and do they work in day light thanks

They are popular with crappie fishermen that fish at night. They attract bait fish which attracts crappie. We have a lake (Bugg's Island) in Va where the city put them on bridge pylons just for fishermen.

Sorry..Wont do much during the day..But at night, yep attracts the whole food chain.

Use them on the lake all the time at night, great for attracting crappie, bass, catfish. Especially when there isn't a moon out. Watch out for the snakes too.

It's illegal up here in Wyoming to use any sort of artificial underwater light to attract fish...even bait fish.

I use them to catch shad which is a bait fish and while throwing the cast net i catch crappie in there. I have to throw the crappie back though as it is illegal. I have friend that have caught bass and striper in a cast net so yes i would get one. Especially if you want to catch crappie
