Grinding noise

I have a couple of noises I'm hearing in the video below. The first screeching noise is the belt, which I will be replacing. Then, following that noise, I you can hear what I describe as a dry grinding sound. This appeared to be coming more from the the stern side of the engine compartment. I only hear it under power and trimming. I don't hear it at all if I'm just gently idling about. On a side note, I have a Captain's call on the boat, which doesn't work right now. I don't really care about that feature at the moment. I'm assuming it isn't related, but figured I would note that, just in case.

Any thoughts on where to start troubleshooting the 2nd noise?

Thank you!

2nd video - Also, note that u-joints and gimbal bearing were replaced last season. This was the first test-run for the boat this year.

Quick update. I started the motor in the driveway again, and raised the rpms enough to get the belt squeal, and suqequent grinding noise. Then, I let off, belt noise subsided, and I was left with the grinding noise, which now I think is one of the pulleys, as I was able to locate the noise source more closely.

Next step will be figuring out how to remove my bench seat, as it's right up, nearly against against where the belts are. Both belts will be getting replaced, along with whatever pulley is making that noise.

If anyone has any thoughts or advice as I sort through this, I'd love to hear it. At least I think I'm on the right track to solve.

Pull the belts off and fire up. See if your theory is correct.

Can't help with bench seats. Sorry.

After getting into things more, I think I'll need to be replacing the entire water pump. See video below. Correct me if I'm wrong. The number stamped on the pump is 10108455. I'm having trouble cross-referencing to find a compatible part to purchase. Also, would this be something where I can buy from an auto store equivalent?

May be power steering. Check fluid and belt. PS control arm/piston may be leaking oil. Only under power? 3000 RPS? 2000 RPMS?

ok, sorry for the dumb question. But, just so I’m clear, if I go to Napa, are they auto pumps that are also rated for marine or do they carry a separate line of pumps that are designed for marine application?

I have the old pump out of the boat now, so I’m able bring it with me.

Happy to report that new belts and new recirculation pump solved those terrible noises. Took the boat out tonight and engine ran/sounded great.
