Ground screw head cracked off on the outdrive

I tried to remove the ground screw when changeing bellows. the screwhead cracked off. started to drill it out and use ez out but to no avail. any suggestions. any advice would help.Thanks

that must be one tiny easyout...

I guess you'll have to just drill and go one larger screw.

The one on my boat was attached with a pop rivet when I bought it. When I did the bellows I had to drill the rivet out. The threads are gone. After assembly, I re-riveted it.

You could just drill and tap a new hole next to the old one, or use a ss self tapping screw.
