Grounding Question 40HP Mariner

Hello folks.... How do I go about grounding the ground wires on my aluminum boat. Do I just bolt them to the hull or the ground on the battery?

Also I started having probelms with my key ignition switch and at the same time the boat began to miss at 1/3 throttle but at WOT it seems to work fine... I changed the switich and it still misses a bit.

Ground to the battery. When is the last time you changed the plugs? Also you might want to install a water seperator in the fuel line if you don't have one.

Plugs are 3 months old and I installed a new water separator a week ago. I will ground to the battery.
