I'm running a Minnkota 24v 68lb trolling motor and I've been using two group 27 batteries with no issue for a few years now and I'm considering trying group 24 batteries when I retire the current batteries someday. The main reason I'm considering is for weight reduction. Would it even be noticible? Also how much of a difference in amp hours should I expect? Thx for any input!
