Grumman wants to turn right on it's own

Own a early 90's(I think)Grumman aluminum 16' with side console and 70 hp Johnson and OMC shifter and under power it wants to turn right sharply if I was to let go of the steering wheel for just a second. Don't make a habit of letting go but takes constant pressure to the left on steering wheel in order to stay on a straight course. Steering will nearly flop to the right without left turning pressure. Is this normal? Is there an adjustment in the steering linkage or is there a motor adjustment that will correct this?

Look on the bottom of your engine for a "trim tab"
Will look like this.

It will have a center bolt you can loosen to adjust from right to left to control the hard pulling to one side or the other.
You torque from your engine causes the steering to want to go one way or the other and this takes care of the torque.

Turn the trailing edge of the trimtab towards the pull in small incriments until the pull is gone.
