I have a 1986 jason bass boat that im wokring on, first thing is to put on a 150 black max 1994. i think i will be ok with that except for the guages, im not sure how to wire them? They are suzuki guages will they work? Are they universal? The gel coat on the jason is shot, it has years of neglect and sun abuse, it is rather rough, i tred to buff it but with no luck except it was smooth where i did it. Can i apply a clear coat to give it a shine or will i have to sand and repaint the whole thing?
