Just got back from a wet test on an '01 Regal 1800LSR. Boat performed very well and i will pick it up thiss weekend. Wish me luck. Here are a few pics.

Yea the boat is very clean and it ran perfectaly during the wet test. I am very excited. The only thing is will not get to get her out for a week or two due to other obligations

Nice!!! Looks like a great used boat purchase. I'm not sure how one could tell that boat from a brand new one. Oh....except you paid 1/2 the price!!!!! OK, maybe 3/4, but still a deal!

Interesting layout, does the B-2-B seat fold out to fill the gap in the bench?

There is a removable seat that fills that gap. It can be mounted low to use as a seat or it could be mounted to be flush with the sundeck on the back.
