Boy, I can not tell you how relaxing it was this past week to just anchor and let the boat float around. Even when the waves got rough for a bit, it was still fun to just sit and be rocked while watching the sun set.

The water was warm, no jelly fish, and no rain. We had a great time. Kids were climbing all over the boat (while anchored in about 4 feet of water) ,but I didn't care. Its what the boat is for. Relaxing, playing, listen to the radio, and eat.

All what work finally paid off!

Pics to come...

Might sound funny, but we just hung out on the boat for a few hours, eating, resting, and just enjoying the view. A few people came by in kayaks, a few power boats and sail boats came by. Just a nice relaxing time.

I know, I have to put the hull liner in the hard top.... Just didn't get to it this season.:D

And this water is actually Sag Harbor bay, not Peconic. The land behind my wife is a section of Shelter Island that is also a state park.
