Hard Engine steering , Replacing swivel Bearing on outboard
Hi and thanks for trying to help ! My 150 force seems to have a bad swivel Bearing in it . I have stripped out one NFB steering helm to find that its in the swivel bearing in the engine .I can see grease comming out of the bottom bearing but nothing out of the top bearing area . only one grease fitting for both top and bottom swivel bearing . Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this problem without tearing down 1/2 my engine to replace the swivel bearings and king pin . Thanks Jim
