I have a 1985 90hp mercury on a 15'8 fiberglass boat. I have trouble starting it seems like it tkes five minutes or so to start it. At first it will crank and crank for a minute or 2, then it will start hitting alittle then all at once it will start right up. First couple of times out started easy. I changed plugs no help. Also have trouble now getting it to plan out with 2 people. Any advice would be appreciated
