I already have one topic out there for an out drive noise. Here is another question. When starting a cold engine,I usually pump throttle 3-4 times then attemp to crank. Engine will not turn over on 1,2,3 time but usually about the fourth. What could be the problem? Choke stuck,elecrical,spark plugs? Once it starts and is warm, it turns over very well,first crank with very little effort. thanks for your help.
