hard steering

I have a 2002 northriver jet boat and I have been having some troubles with the steerng. I greased the cables, but it is still very stiff. I checked the pump for any grease fittings, but did not find any. Can I fix this, or do I need to take it in to a repair shop?<br />Engine= 496 ci. Marine Power<br />Pump= Hamilton 212 with turbo

Disconnect the Cable from the Tiller......<br /><br />Then you can tell if it's the Cable, or Pump Pivot Points..........
