Hard Steering

I just bought a Sears15 hp Gamefisher that had a broken grease fitting. I drilled it out, greased it up and replaced the fitting. The steering is extremely hard and difficult to move. Any ideas?

What's the model number on that sucker? It's either an Eska or a Force, I bet.
