What i have is a 1998 OMC/Volvo 4.3 Gi model #43FBPYC. The problem i have is when the engine is cold only. it is hard to start. If you give it any amount of throttle it will choke itself out. It has to be started it neutral and when it does start, it runs very rough for maybe 2 minutes, then clears up and runs great. After warm-up, you can shut it off and restart it all day long with no issues. This is only when its cold. I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap. rotor, coolant sensor, and map sensor. This is the TBI set-up, so there is no carb. I do not have access to the scanner to plug it in, as the local boat mechanics are a month out. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Please help
