I have a 93 200 Mariner Magnum EFI. If I leave the motor trimmed down and let it set for a period and then try to start, it's hard to start. If I leave the motor level or trimmed up above level, the motor starts fine. What could cause this on an EFI and is it something I should be concerned about?
