Harmonic balancer pulley differences between a MercruiserMCM228R and a Mercruiser 898

I started with a Mercruiser 898 305/5L engine block and swapped over all the engine components from a cracked block 1983 Mercruiser 305/5L MCM228R Serial#6275628. This included the intake manifold, 4 barrell carb, distributor, Thunderbolt ignition, fuel pump, alternator,wiring harness, etc. I also swapped over the 3 upper pulleys ganged together but I did NOT swap over the 3 crankshaft pulleys. The crankshaft pulley on the 898 has a 5 3/4" diameter pulley and the crankshaft pulley on the 228R has a diameter of 6 1/2".. I have essentially ended up with a 228HP engine with a 198HP crankshaft pulley Is this going to create undo strains on the crankshaft since the harmonic balancer pulley was originally mated with the lower HP engine?

Nope,... It shouldn't matter, it's the same motor, with bigger induction,...
