Anyone have a Haswing Protruar 24v 2hp electric motor? Just wondering how good of an electric motor it is. I live in PA and most of the lakes around are electric only, and well bass tournaments here have an interesting launch lol any advantage to get to a spot first I'll take it. I've looked at Torqeedo but I don't have anywhere close to that kind of budget, and the one hour run time seems kind poor for the money you shell out for one. I currently run a 75lb bow mount and two 55lb on the transom. I really don't wont to have to add batteries trying to keep the weight down. The batteries I use are 180 RC and the Haswing only draws about 35amps at full throttle, and run about $549 seems pretty good, just hope it's not too good to be true.
